Primary Objectives:

- Rapidly build intelligence to the actionable level so the threat can be further located and identified, mitigated through timely enhancement of security procedures, and effectively neutralized through proactive law enforcement and implementation of interim technology solutions

Spyware

A type of malware that is difficult to detect on computers and monitors the activities of the users while collecting bits of information. Spyware extends beyond monitoring and can collect various types of personal information and can interfere with the user control of the computer. Spyware can change the settings of a computer, resulting in slow connection speed, different home pages, and loss of internet or functionality of other programs.
